This is all stupid. I “WANT” to copy & paste things in my emails. But this idiot Firefox browser has “REMOVED” my buttons that are built into my Network Solutions email. I get them with Internet Explorer, but Firefox removed them. I can’t use this stupid browser & I’m trying to use Ubuntu Studio 9.10 & can’t get Internet Explorer to work with WINE. I can’t do my work without a ‘working’ copy & paste & a working spell checker. I hate Firefox & need to use a normal copy & paste WORKING browser & operating system that I can copy & paste with. I have a million files to copy parts of in my computer, to type them out, takes all week. Why would any idiot remove the best thing in a computer ? It saves me time & gets things spelled correctly.

I can give you the “impossible to stop” situation. I am running XP inside VMWare Fusion on my mac. I use my mac’s print screen function to capture my windows screen. There is plain and simple, so way to stop that.

All these things go *poof* as soon as you install the “NoScript” or “WebDeveloper” plugins in Firefox…

May be something you need to check in your website. I implemented above solution and tested in Photoshop. Solution disabled print screen.

So that all of you are aware, this script will no longer work with the newest version of Flash Player (Flash Player 10).

Tried this exactly as described, but it just didn’t work for stopping the print screen and then pasting the image into photoshop.

I create websites with images that I’d like to protect but unfortunately this didn’t do it. I’m on Vista and tried it both in IE 7x, and Netscape9x.

This is the same trick I was using for the past few years with no problems but it looks like Chrome, Vista IE and Safari are now allowing print screen even with this flash solution. I tried this page with no trouble right now, if you have any updates I know I’m not the only one interested.
