		<description>To select just the object within a layer you do a Ctrl Click just as in previous versions.  However it is what you click on that makes the difference.  Hold down Ctrl and click the preview icon on the level and just the object will be selected.  Hope this helps.</description>

		<description>I just re-installed CS3 after using it for 3 years.  I couldn&#039;t believe that Ctrl-Click wasn&#039;t selecting the layer!  I thought I was going crazy - That&#039;s how it used to work! Thanks for posting this - I also didn&#039;t notice that the Move Tool had a Auto-Select (Group) or (Layer) option. Duh.</description>

		<description>Thanks for your post.  I was growing frustrated with this as well.  I wonder why they changed the behavior?  They should have stuck with the original behavior and added a new key combination for selecting the parent folder.</description>
